AROUND THE N.F.L. The Cincinnati Reds agreed with Manager Bryan Price on a one-year contract with a team option, and all the coaches have also been offered contracts for 2017. The team is at 67-93, in last place in the National League Central, 35 ½ games out of first. The Reds have set a a major league record by allowing 255 home runs. But after going 32-57 before the All-Star break, the team had gone 35-35 in the second half of the season before losing Friday night to the first-place Chicago Cubs. STRIKEOUT RECORD TIED David Villa scored his 20th and 21st goals of the season and New York City F.C. beat the host Houston Dynamo, 2-0, to take the Eastern Conference lead. Joseph Viviano threw three touchdown passes in the first half and host Harvard cruised to a 31-17 victory over Georgetown. Viviano finished 15 of 21 for 210 yards.
